Green and environmentally friendly paint developed for passenger car paints

TingKD paint is one of the company's main paint brands, which is a green and environmentally friendly paint developed for passenger car paints, including paints for body bodies, covering parts and parts. According to the construction and drying temperature of the coating, the products are subdivided into: high temperature system (140 °C, 30 min) and low temperature system (80 °C, 30 min). TingKD paints meet the GB24409 Limits of Hazardous Substances in Vehicle Coatings and GB/T38597 Technical Requirements for Low Volatile Organic Compound Coating Products, and adapt to the mainstream processes of the automotive industry, namely 3C2B Process and Integrated Coating Process. The patent "an acrylic acid aqueous dispersion and its application" is a key material for the breakthrough of water-based low-temperature integrated process, filling the domestic gap, and is the key technology to realize the integrated coating of water-basedpaints for automobile bodies. The project entitled "Preparation, functionalization and application technology of high-performance attapulgite/titanium dioxide composites" won the second prize of Outstanding Scientific Research Achievements in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China in 2019.
